We're Listening!

At Via, we believe we are either getting better or falling behind, so we’re always looking for ways to improve. We spend two hours together as a team every week reviewing what we’re doing right and what we need to get better at. So please, we beg you, be totally open, honest and blunt with us!

We encourage you to provide feedback as often as you’d like. Each time you do, you’ll be entered into our monthly drawing for a $50 gift card to your choice of Trader Joe’s, Amazon.com, Target, Starbucks or a Visa card you can use anywhere.

August 2016 Survey Results

In July, we received 100% positive feedback, and expressed that we missed the critical feedback and the growth opportunity it provides.  So this month, our Via family granted our wish and provided the most critical feedback (and lowest overall satisfaction rating) that we’ve received since starting this monthly satisfaction survey several months ago.  Only 50% of respondents were pleased or very happy, while the remainder expressed we missed the mark in our attempts to provide a phenomenal service experience.

1608-august-2016-satisfaction-rating-graphOur kind and caring approach and timely communication were the most common positive comments.  The critical comments centered mainly around maintenance and vendor issues, while one user also cited a double billing error we made.

It’s great to hear that in general we’re succeeding in our company mission to provide a phenomenal service experience, but we’re not going to rest until everyone is 100% satisfied! We received lots of great feedback on what we’re doing well and what we need to get better at, so we’re confident we can put your advice to work and meet that goal.

But no matter what our satisfaction rating is, a healthy company is always a work in progress, so our monthly satisfaction survey and drawing will repeat again each and every month. We want to hear from you regularly and often, so please send us your comments!

August 2016

Our August 2016 satisfaction survey drawing winner was John M., and also our first ever repeat winner!  John, a homeowner/landlord from Dublin, California, was our very first drawing winner in March 2016.  John’s $50 gift card of choice was a Visa Gift Card.  John has been a valued Via Property Management client since November 2015.

July 2016

Our July 2016 satisfaction survey drawing winner was Dietrich A., a tenant from Danville, California.  Dietrich’s $50 gift card of choice was to Trader Joe’s.  Dietrich has been a valued Via Property Management client since September 2015.

Our June 2016 satisfaction survey drawing winner was Marina L., a homeowner/landlord from San Francisco, California.  Marina’s $50 gift card of choice was to Target.  Marina has been a valued Via Property Management client since July 2012.

Monthly Drawing Rules & FAQs

Who is eligible to enter the monthly drawings?

Our monthly drawing is open anyone who has done business or inquired about doing business with Via Property Management.  In other words, current or past tenant and homeowner/landlord clients, tenants who inquired about, viewed or applied to rent one of our homes, and prospective homeowners/landlords.

How do I enter the monthly drawings?

You will be entered each time you submit a customer satisfaction survey.  Survey submissions that do not include an email address are not entered in the monthly drawing because we have no way of notifying you if you win.

How often and how many times can I enter the drawings?

You can enter the drawings as many times and as often as you like.  The only requirement is that the satisfaction survey submissions and online reviews be unique.  Duplicate submissions will be discarded.

When is the winner selected?

Drawings occur monthly on the first business day of each month.  Winners are typically notified the same day, but occasionally when the work load is heavy around the office it could be as late as the 3rd business day thereafter.

How is the winner notified?

Winners are notified via email at the email address provided in their survey submission.

How will the winner receive their gift card?

Gift cards that can be delivered electronically will be emailed to the email address provided in the survey submission.  Physical gift cards will be mailed via USPS Priority Mail.  If the gift card must be physically mailed, the winner will be asked to reply to their winner notification email with the mailing address they would like the card sent to.

When will the winner receive their gift card?
