We’re not going to lie to you… our application process is lengthy and involves a thorough exploration of the deep, dark corners of your financial, employment and housing history. But we believe it is a vital component to building a strong foundation for the long and harmonious landlord-tenant relationship that we hope will soon follow. Due to the thorough nature of our tenant screening, applications can take 1 to 3 or more to process.

1. Apply on Paper
To hand complete an application, please follow the steps below:
- Printed copies of our application can be procured from the leasing agent who assisted you in previewing the property, or downloaded electronically in PDF format here.
- Complete the application. Don’t forget to include the required supporting documentation.
- Email your application to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternately you can drop it off at our office (1261 Locust St #64, Walnut Creek, CA, office hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM), or connect with your leasing agent to give it to them in person. If you drop it off at the office, be sure to let your leasing agent know as they are typically off site most of the time.
- Pay your application processing fee in the amount of $45.00 per adult. Application fees can be paid by PayPal, personal check, cashiers check, or money order. If paying by check, make it payable to “Via Property Management, Inc.” Please note that your fee will not be deposited until after you pass our initial screening and we process your application for a credit and background check.
